HSS Slitting Saws are used to give chip clearance with deep cuts or slots where side cutting chip clearance is an important factor. The teeth form is with staggered teeth of these slitting saws according to the diameter of these saws and are are specifically suited for use in manual, semi-automatic and fully-automatic milling operations.
These saws are made in High speed steel material M2, M35, M42 depending upon the hardness (Rockwell hrc/ Brinell) of the material to cut. Very economically priced and is the cheapest tool to chip the material. All blades are tempered & hardened to 62/64 HRC to give flattest saw possible.
